Del Hawkins is the Founder/CEO of Hawkins Investment Group, Inc., (HIG) and a Senior Director/Senior Vice President with Universal Benefits, Inc. Marketing Firm. As a veteran in this profession, he has a vast knowledge of final expense, insurance, retirement planning, and agency building. He has become one of the foremost authorities in the United States focusing on the East Coast.

As a retired Registered Financial Consultant, Del shares his expertise as an advisor and motivational speaker conducting seminars across the country. He is a results oriented professional applying his skills in agent development, effective marketing, strategic planning and client relationship management.

Del attended the University of South Carolina and is an honoree of a Doctoral Degree for his business accomplishments and ethics. He is an active member in the community and a concerned citizen who truly believes in the concept of educating consumers and agents on matters of financial security.

Cynthia is a graduate of Columbia College of South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology. She is the CFO & Director of Hawkins Investment Group, Inc. and a Director with Universal Benefits, Inc. She and Del are licensed insurance agents with over 35 years of experience assisting families and individuals create their family life plans. Their vision of inspiring individuals and businesses to create sustainable, generational wealth is coming to fruition with the HIG "Retire in 10 Years" system.

Cynthia is the Founder & President of her nonprofit organization “Share A Smile” People Helping People, Inc. Foundation. Ms. Hawkins is a member of the Eat Smart Move More Coalition for SC, the International Women's Leadership Association and an Advocate for the National MS Society.

The Hawkins are members of Right Direction Church, International and the proud parents of two children, Corey (Kenzi) and Caleen and grandsons, Courageous & Carson.
